Barry Rutherford is a former global CEO with fifty years of operating experience across the United States, Asia, and Latin America. Now based in Santa Fe in his Third Phase, he brings strategic pattern recognition that only comes from having navigated complexity at scale across four continents.

He co-hosts Malestrum: Conversations from the Third Phase and is building Breakwater to serve the organizations northern New Mexico actually needs.

Griffin Rutherford is a Research & Development Engineer and founder of Coherascent Labs, a truth-aligned AI research firm working on neurosymbolic and deterministic AI systems. He holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from Colorado School of Mines.

He brings genuine technical depth to every engagement; not vendor relationships or implementation shortcuts, but an honest assessment of what AI can and cannot do for a specific situation right now.
